This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in attention to detail.
About the Role
In this dual Stock Control and Administration position, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across the dealership. Your day will include:
* Managing new and used vehicle stock control
* Processing vehicle arrivals, transfers, and deliveries
* Answering phone calls
* Liaising with sales, service, and management teams
* Assisting with registration paperwork and compliance documentation
* General administrative support across the dealership
* Providing exceptional internal and external customer service
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems and able to learn new software quickly
* A great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Experienced in administration (automotive experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong at multitasking and meeting deadlines
