Your Core Focus Areas
- Designing and deploying features for hospitality brands - ensuring they’re polished, consistent, and high-converting across both website and app
- Designing UI/UX within the Bite dashboard - creating clear, intuitive interfaces for hospitality operators managing their online presence
- Crafting beautiful user journeys - thinking deeply about user behaviour and conversion pathways across our customer-facing experiences
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborating with product managers and developers to deliver new feature designs
- Creating scalable design systems and reusable components in Figma
- Designing responsive, white-labelled websites and app screens for hospitality brands
- Refining and evolving user flows within the Bite dashboard
- Producing visuals and mockups for internal use, client previews, and stakeholder presentations
- Maintaining brand consistency across customer touchpoints
- Testing, iterating, and optimising designs based on user feedback and conversion data
The Ideal Candidate
You’re a senior designer with a strong portfolio of digital product work. You’re confident working independently, excited to own end-to-end design projects, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment.
You Should
- Have 5+ years experience in digital product or interface design
- Be fluent in Figma and modern web/app design tools
- Understand responsive web design and mobile-first thinking
- Be comfortable working within and expanding brand guidelines
- Think in systems and components, not just individual screens
- Be able to communicate design decisions clearly with product and engineering teams
- Have a strong grasp of conversion-focused UX
- Care about small details, smooth interactions, and intuitive user journeys
Bonus Skills
- Experience designing for SaaS or white-labelled platforms
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- Experience with motion design (e.g. Lottie, Framer, After Effects)
- Exposure to A/B testing or conversion optimisation tools
- Background in hospitality, QSR, or eCommerce
Other Details
- Hardware. We’ll provide a recent model MacBook Pro. You’ll need a suitable home office setup, including a desk and chair.
- Travel. Occasional travel may be required for in-person collaboration. Bite will cover all work-related travel expenses.
- Location. Remote. We are a remote-first company.
- Start Date. We're aiming to start this role in September 2025.
