Here's a Snapshot Of Your Day
* Acts as single point of contact for the Client Lead and develops positive relationships with the client for all technical, hard services and facilities management services issues.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and excellent communication skills to drive the performance across the team.
* Plans and manages technical/FM operation teams in term of staffing, training, and evaluating operations maintenance and support personnel for whole account.
* Ensure the overall performance of the contract and required deliverables including: contract compliance, performance management against KPIs, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
* To ensure the successful implementation of portfolio-wide initiatives and programs including: savings program, energy program, HSE, playbooks, service delivery plans, training & development, and succession planning.
* Researches new programs or processes with CBRE global expert network to improve quality/costs/performance for the client.
* Develops strategic procurement activities by ensuring best practice, competitive pricing, development of strategic supplier relationships and proactive delivery of services.
* Reviews and amends contract processes to ensure consistency and adherence with client master contract and CBRE's corporate standards. Effectively resolves disputes arising from noncompliance.
* Develops HSE procedures for facilities. These procedures include emergency action plans, disaster recovery, business continuity, and other related procedures.
Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:
* Previous experience in facilities management & Hard & Technical Services
* Previous experience in management and development of geographically disbursed teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with ability to effectively present information.
* Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
