Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Adelaide, SA, for a Senior Client Service Receptionist / Administration Assistant. The individual in this role will oversee daily front desk operations, including greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities will also involve maintaining client records, handling correspondence, managing payments and invoices, and providing support to medical professionals to ensure an efficient and welcoming clinic environment. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a leading sports and exercise medicine clinic.

Qualifications

* Customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences in person, over the phone, and via email.
* Administrative abilities, such as scheduling, recordkeeping, invoicing, and correspondence handling.
* Proficiency in using office software and tools, including spreadsheets, scheduling software, and medical record systems.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills to efficiently manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing payments.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinic while supporting medical professionals.
* Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is essential; experience in a healthcare or sports medicine setting is an advantage.
* Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Office Support, or related fields are desirable but not mandatory.
