Childcare Program Manager Position
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and childcare, with experience in leading teams and designing engaging programs for children aged 5-12.
* Responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing high-quality childcare programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Fostering positive relationships with families, teachers, and community members.
* Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
Working hours are split between before- and after-school care sessions, as well as weekly administrative tasks. Monday to Friday only – no weekend work required.
