Operations Coordinator Role
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our customers throughout their home-buying journey.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring each customer's property journey—from search to settlement—is smooth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple work streams, including processing tasks across the property purchase process such as contract review, exchange, and settlement.
* Liaise with legal partners and lenders to ensure our platform remains a comprehensive, one-stop-shop for customers.
* Manage our support inbox, responding to customer queries with empathy and a commitment to exceptional service.
* Process tasks and support requests within agreed turnaround times.
* Maintain accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
* Stay updated on business rules, operating procedures, quality standards, policies, laws, and regulations.
* Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, administration, or operational support.
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* Strong prioritization and planning skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.

Additional notes: This role may require working outside regular hours, typically 10AM - 6PM, occasionally.
