The Role
As the Clinic Manager you'll lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high‐quality, culturally safe healthcare. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily clinical operations, ensure effective service delivery, and build the capacity of Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Indigenous staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary health teams to deliver quality primary care
* Oversee clinical operations, pharmacy, consumables, and portfolio management
* Manage facility resources and support operational efficiency
* Mentor and develop staff to deliver culturally appropriate care
* Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in the emergency on‐call roster and support after‐hours services

About You
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner
* Proven experience in primary health care or remote clinical leadership
* Strong understanding of Aboriginal health and community needs
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
* Current driver's licence, police clearance, and working rights in Australia
