Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for helping customers find their perfect fit and working with top brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Hoka, Asics, New Balance, ON Running.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs.
* Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock.
* Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately.
* Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep.
* Bring a positive attitude every day to help customers.
Requirements:
* Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
* Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
* Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
