Our client is a global real estate services company, and they are seeking an FM to manage one of their key client's Industrial properties in Brisbane.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will look after 12-15 industrial properties in Brisbane. You will be a central point of contact for all facilities functions including PPM, incident response, inspections, building and WHS compliance, change management, projects and regular reporting. The Facilities Manager ensures optimal tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services within the nominated property(s). The Senior Facilities Manager will manage the co-ordination of service personnel to drive plant reliability, sustainability and preservation of property assets. Safety of all services and systems, essential services, building structure and risk management form a key deliverable for this role. Further, the Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the building contractors and their performance.
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated Facilities Management experience, looking after Industrial/commercial/relevant assets
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Valid QLD Drivers Licence and ability to use own car for inspections
