Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Aged Care Support Worker to join our team in Broome. The ideal candidate will have availability of at least 3–5 days a week and possess excellent communication skills.

* Support daily living activities and personal care for clients.
* Collaborate with Care Coordinators to update on client needs and progress.
* Maintain accurate records of client care plans and activities using smartphone technology.
* Build trust and foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
