About the Role
As a skilled butcher, you will:
* Prepare and present premium cuts of meat
* Production of overwrap and specialty "ready to cook"
* Provide expert advice to customers on cooking techniques, storage advice and product selection
* Ensure top-notch quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
* Work as part of a fast-paced team, building friendships with your community
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience as a butcher in a retail environment
* Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of various cuts of meat
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
* A commitment to quality and food safety
