The Role Newly created via internal promotion, this is a true succession role with full ownership of the end-to-end monthly close and reporting process across a complex global structure. You will be the central coordination point between offshore teams, international shared services and local FP&A, driving efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement while positioning yourself as a clear future leader. Own the complete month-end close cycle from orchestration to sign-off Act as primary liaison across offshore teams, international shared services and local FP&A Streamline processes and reduce close timelines Manage complex consolidations, inter-company and technical adjustments Deliver high-quality reporting and insightful commentary to senior leadership Build strong relationships globally and mentor emerging talent The Candidate A technically strong, ambitious CA/CPA ready to step into a high-visibility leadership role and be groomed for senior finance positions. You thrive in complex, matrix environments and excel at coordination and influence across cultures and time zones.
