Job Title: Practice and Quality Lead
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Residential Care and Specialised Support team in Rockhampton.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with Stakeholders: Build and maintain close relationships with participants, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective working partnerships.
* Staff Development: Work closely with staff to enhance their understanding of young people's needs, focusing on trauma, grief, loss, attachment, and child development.
* Practice Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of interventions in response to young people's needs, ensuring practice aligns with a therapeutic framework.
* Team Environment: Assist in developing a positive team environment, promoting excellent communication among team members.
* Guidance and Advice: Advise and guide program staff on gaining and maintaining a sound understanding of each service agreement.
Mandatory Requirements
* Diploma qualifications in Social Services/Child Protection or equivalent.
* Knowledge of and experience with Quality Assurance systems, including Human Service Quality Framework.
* Experience in advising, coaching, and mentoring staff on practice and compliance issues.
