About the Role
This role is responsible for optimising productivity, coaching and motivating staff, and focusing on talent development and customer experience in a fast-paced multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspiring Leadership: Conduct impactful store visits, evaluate performance, and motivate Regional Managers.
* Clear Communication: Maintain open dialogue with the team through regular meetings, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
* Efficient Operations: Maximise productivity with strategic rostering and cost-saving initiatives.
* Loss Prevention: Implement Lovisa's best practices for shrinkage reduction.
* State Oversight: Manage all stores within your state, ensuring they meet high standards and achieve growth targets.
Requirements
* At least three years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries.
* Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
* A strong understanding of customer experience and a commitment to continual improvement.
* Flexibility and readiness to travel interstate and internationally as required.
* Availability Monday-Friday.
