Multiple Finance Roles, Maryborough, Aged Care Sector, Full Time, Growth Organisation

**Finance Officer**

**Salary**: $100-110K + Super

**Duties**:

- Deliver accurate and timely processing of accounts.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of data by updating and maintaining financial management systems.
- Respond to enquiries across the organisation regarding accounts and routine finance matters.
- Supporting functions for Monthly and Annual Financial Reporting and other data requests as required by the CFO
- Be an integral part of the team for the ongoing improvement of existing practices and processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency, generating ideas, and implementing solutions.
- Prepare the Treasurer's Report monthly
- Prepare the payments report monthly
- Prepare the Maintenance report monthly
- Calculate, reconcile and arrange payment obligation for Goods and Services Tax and prepare the Business Activity Statement
- Reconcile all of bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Manage the processing of credit card transactions

**Payroll Officer**

**Salary**: $70-80K+ Super

**Duties**:

- End-to-end payroll duties on a fortnightly basis for 200 employees.
- Award and EBA interpretation.
- Provide professional payroll services to all employees by acting as the first point of contact for any payroll related enquiries.
- Proactively resolve payroll queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Understand and be abreast of changes to employee entitlements, government initiatives and taxation legislation.
- Coordinate with the finance team for accurate recording of payroll-related expenses and reporting.

**Accounts Receivable Officer**

**Salary**: $65-70K + Super

**Duties**:

- Full function accounts receivable for aged care accounts and independent living units accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoices and statements in a timely manner.
- Ensure all debts are collected in a timely manner.
- Reconcile Medicare payment summaries and make any necessary adjustments.
- As required, provide break and leave relief coverage for finance staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with Privacy legislation and personal information confidentiality requirements.
- Create, maintain and foster a protected work environment.
- Maintain professional expertise, performance and personal development.
- Other duties as directed by CFO.
