Job Overview
This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet targets. As a third in charge, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to manage the store and lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to valued customers.
About the Role
* Provide excellent customer support and drive results to meet sales targets
* Work collaboratively with store management to achieve business objectives
* Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and visual merchandising standards
* Contribute to departmental planning and execution to meet sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a department or section in the store
* Contribute to Visual Merchandising and assist with VM visits
* Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship-building
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in retail and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. You must be available to work a roster that includes weekend and/or evening shifts and have great computer skills to produce reports confidently.
