The Head of Finance is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic guidance. This role will involve:
1. Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
2. Monitoring cash flow and managing working capital.
3. Conducting financial analysis and providing insights for decision-making
4. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
5. Managing financial reporting and preparation of statutory accounts
6. Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals
Profile
We are seeking a dynamic Financial Manager with the following qualifications and skills:
7. Qualified CA/CPA with a strong background in finance
8. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
9. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
10. Excellent leadership and team management abilities
11. Sound knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
