Job Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a new mine development project. The selected candidate will work on geological and geotechnical projects, utilizing SIS/UIS drilling data for seam interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
* Hazard planning and permit-to-mine development
* Geological modeling using software such as AutoCAD, Deswick, or Vulcan
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. A tertiary qualification in Geology and/or Geoscience is highly desirable.
About You
* 2 years' experience in underground coal mining
* Experience with geological modeling software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously
