Our state‐of‐the‐art facilities include everything from Cycle Studios and Reformer Pilates to cafés, crèche, and saunas, creating a feel‐good environment that motivates, challenges, and inspires.
We're bringing Fitness Cartel to Toowoomba — and while we're not actively recruiting for this role just yet, we're building a talent pool of passionate, customer‐focused individuals ready to join us when we launch.
About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)
In this role, you'll be the first face our members see — creating an incredible first impression and delivering standout service every time.
You'll play a key part in creating a welcoming, high‐energy environment, supporting members across reception, café and retail areas.
This is a fast‐paced, varied role where no two days look the same.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting members and delivering exceptional customer service
* Assisting with bookings, enquiries and member needs
* Creating a positive, welcoming club environment
* Maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the space
Who We're Looking For
* Previous customer service experience with strong communication skills
* A positive, "can‐do" attitude and willingness to learn
* Passion for health, fitness and working with people
* Reliable, proactive and well‐presented
* A team player who can multitask in a fast‐paced environment
* Comfortable learning systems and handling a variety of tasks
