**Description**:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and hands on Planning Manager to lead a small team of Purchasing Officers, Planners and a Supply Chain Analyst to drive growth.
The role
Demand forecasting and planning of materials to meet production targets.
Refine the planning processes to support scalability, operational efficiency, and achieve industry best DIFOT.
Drive supply chain efficiencies through data led decision making, providing visibility to all levels of the organisation on sales and planning.
Collaborate with warehouse, production and the sales team to achieve highly accurate schedule adherence.
Build relationships and performance monitoring of key vendors of packaging and raw materials.
Lead material purchasing, pricing, contracts, imports and supply chain logistics.
Mentor and guide a small team through change and improvement.
Oversee the ERP system with a focus on enhancing data visibility.

Proficient in Office 365 with the ability to deliver detailed analysis and succinct reporting.
