In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering best practice asset management frameworks, systems governance, and continuous process improvement, this role will see you shape, embed, and uplift Transport for NSW's Asset Management System.
You will lead the development, integration, and enhancement of asset management processes and frameworks, driving consistency, capability and maturity within a complex, high stake operational environment.
Your day-to-day will involve:
• Developing and maintaining a communication strategy to engage stakeholders and ensure the effective dissemination of asset management improvements.
• Overseeing the continuous documentation and evolution of the Asset Management System, ensuring it meets best practice standards and reflects industry develop
• Leading the development and ongoing management of system frameworks, process architecture, and content, ensuring quality assurance across asset management systems.
This is a fixed-term opportunity until 30/06/2027.

About you
You are experienced in asset management, systems governance, process design, and stakeholder engagement, formed across operational, engineering, infrastructure, or government environments, will see you excel in navigating diverse stakeholder needs, overcoming process gaps, and delivering practical, scalable improvements that strengthen organisational capability.
You're recognised as a collaborative problem solver, skilled at translating complex asset management principles into clear processes, training, and communication, and experienced in building frameworks, managing process architecture, and fostering continuous improvement in line with business strategy.
