Support a high-performing sales team within a leading residential building company.


About the Role:

We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused Sales & Contracts Coordinator to support our Sales team and manage the full contract administration process with confidence and accuracy. This role is suited to someone who has prior experience in sales administration, property, or construction support roles and is ready to step into a broader, more responsible position—without requiring senior‑level experience.

You will coordinate and process new home sales contracts, liaise with internal teams and external partners, maintain all documentation and systems, and support the entire journey from land allocation through to file handover to Preconstruction. Accuracy, communication and organisation are key.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the Sales team
* Maintain client folders with clearly labelled documents throughout the contract process
* Manage and update sales tracking systems (Monday.com) with high accuracy
* Prepare, review and issue contract documentation for house and land packages
* Support and monitor the land allocation process and key sales milestones
* Track finance due dates, liaise with brokers, solicitors, developers and clients
* Communicate confidently with external selling agents using established templates
* Process sales from Expression of Interest through to land settlement
* Monitor deposits, contract progress, issue receipts and update all stakeholders
* Maintain key contract dates, finance approvals and provide regular status updates
* Coordinate closely with the Preconstruction team to ensure accurate and timely file handover
* Uphold strong document control, version management and administrative accuracy


What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in sales, contract administration, property or construction admin
* Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
* Confident phone manner, regular contact with clients providing updates
* Professional written and verbal communication
* Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced environment
* Competent with computer systems and willing to learn new tools
* Genuine interest in residential building, property or contract administration
