We're looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our welcoming team at Ridley AgriProducts in Toowoomba. In this role, you'll play an important part in our manufacturing operations, helping to produce high-quality products in a safe, supportive and well-organised environment.

The role
As a Mill Production Operator, you will:
* Operate and monitor production equipment with a focus on safety, quality and consistency
* Complete routine quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
* Identify and help resolve equipment or process issues, with support from the team
* Follow established safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe workplace
* Assist with inventory tasks and help keep the work area organised and tidy
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and continuously improve processes
You will bring
* Experience in manufacturing or production is helpful, but not essential
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
* A strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
* Flexibility to work Monday to Friday shifts
* Relevant training or certifications in manufacturing (advantageous, but not required)
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain), prior forklift experience desirable
