Job Description
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
* Answer all incoming phone calls; take messages and direct to appropriate contact.
* Manage Email Inbox: 3 Separate inboxes to manage.
* Raise Purchase Orders using Pronto.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and organise courier services.
* Maintain office supplies and organise stock replenishment as required.
* Organise catering for internal events.
* Ad-hoc administration support to the wider office and management.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‐focused approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Pronto advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* A professional and friendly demeanour with a high level of attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
