About Us
Based on St Georges Terrace in Perth, we are a small but successful group with interests in both childcare and property funds management. We provide high-quality childcare services that nurture children’s growth and development, while also managing property investments with a focus on social infrastructure and long-term value creation.
This is a part-time role with flexible part-time (20-24 hrs) working hours, offering the opportunity to balance career and lifestyle while taking ownership of a critical function in the Group.
The Role
As Accounts Officer, you will provide day-to-day finance and admin support. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for processing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and finance administration across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable in Xero.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Assist with reconciliations and finance administration.
- Provide general administrative support across the group.
About You
Experience with Xero and Excel is essential. Accurate, detail-oriented, and organised. Comfortable working hands-on across accounts, payroll, and admin. A proactive team player with solid communication skills.
