We’re growing Struxture’s presence in the Queensland market, and we’re keen to connect with experienced Site Managers who know the local landscape.
This is an Expression of Interest for upcoming site‑based roles across education and industrial projects, typically ranging from $1m–$15m.

As we establish our footprint in Queensland, we’re looking for people who:
* Are embedded in the local subcontractor and consultant market
* Bring strong on‑site leadership and delivery experience
* Want to help shape how Struxture grows in the state
What we’re looking for?
* Proven experience as a Site Manager / General Foreman
* Strong knowledge of local Queensland trades, authorities and suppliers
* Experience delivering education, industrial or similar commercial projects
* A hands‑on, accountable approach to safety, quality and programme
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
