**KEY TASKS**
- Accurately input financial and operational data into the ERP system, including invoicing, procurement, inventory, and month-end activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, cost allocation, purchase orders, and supplier/subcontractor payments.
- Process transactions correctly, manage accounts payable, and ensure job costing data is entered and maintained accurately.
- Deliver data integrity, support financial performance reviews, and meet month-end deadlines.
- Support office operations, coordinate meetings, manage travel and accommodation, and oversee staff onboarding/offboarding.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or similar, desirable but not essential.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance/accounts administration role.
- Prior experience within a large, complex organisation with a broad range of business operations, products and services, ideally JD Edwards.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Thoroughness in completing tasks and following up as required.
