Family Support Specialist - Child Welfare Services
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate family support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective family services that meet the needs of vulnerable children and young people.
* Provide case management services that ensure children and young people receive timely access to appropriate care and support.
* Collaborate with foster carers, kinship carers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
* Establish strong relationships with community service providers and mainstream services to ensure a coordinated approach to family support.
This is a part-time 0.6 FTE position located in Bega NSW with some travel required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
