We’re seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join a high-impact project team immediately. This is a hands-on contract role ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments and understands the nuances of portfolio, program, and project management.
You’ll be working 3 days a week onsite, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver meaningful outcomes. The initial contract is 3 months, with a solid possibility of extension.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implementing and configuring ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules
- Leading initiatives in Demand Management and Cost Management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align SPM capabilities with business goals
- Supporting Agile/DevOps delivery teams with ServiceNow integrations
- Contributing to continuous improvement and best practices in ServiceNow delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM
- Strong understanding of Portfolio, Program, and Project Management concepts
- Proven experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in the Telecommunications industry
