About EPSA
EPSA Health & Rehabilitation Centre is a well‐established, multi‐disciplinary allied health practice operating across Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Corporate Health, and Pre‐Employment Medicals.
Our Morphett Vale clinic is a busy operational hub supported by structured systems, strong client flow, and both onshore and offshore administrative support.
We are seeking a capable and reliable Front of House professional to support daily clinic operations and maintain high administrative standards.
The Role
This is a hands‐on, front‐facing position.
You will:
* Support reception and daily clinic flow
* Assist with bookings, payments, and funding processes
* Maintain organized and efficient admin systems
* Support coordination between onshore and offshore admin teams
* This role sits within Support Services Level 3–5 depending on experience and capability.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Client Experience
* Provide professional and welcoming reception support
* Manage bookings, payments, and enquiries
* Maintain high standards of client communication
* Assist with processing payments and claims
* Work across NDIS, Medicare, RTW / WorkCover, DVA, and Private Health systems
* Support follow‐ups and documentation accuracy
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties as required
Clinic Operations Support
* Assist with daily clinic flow across multiple disciplines
* Use and maintain practice management software (e.g., Nookal)
* Support roster coordination and room utilisation
* Contribute to maintaining clear admin systems and procedures
Pre-Employment Medicals (Highly Valued)
* Support admin coordination for corporate bookings
* Communicate with employers and recruiters
* Assist in maintaining structured documentation workflows

* Allied health or medical practice experience
* Understanding of NDIS, Medicare, RTW / WorkCover, DVA, Private Health
* Billing and payment processing exposure
* Experience supporting corporate or employer clients
Minimum of 2 years experience in allied health or medical practice administration is required.
Comprehensive experience with all five funding systems (NDIS, Medicare, RTW/WorkCover, DVA, and Private Health) is essential for this role.
