Role Overview
As a Parking Officer at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll play a crucial role in managing the flow of vehicles, maintaining parking equipment, and providing excellent customer service. You'll work as part of the Vehicle and Traffic Management Service (VTMS) team to ensure a smooth parking experience while maintaining a highly visible and professional presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Educate hospital users about parking rules and regulations
* Patrol the hospital site to monitor parking violations
* Issue parking infringements and manage enforcement procedures
* Perform maintenance and replenishment of parking machines
* Assist the public with parking queries and concerns
* Report and address hazards, faulty equipment, and signage issues
Requirements
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Sound computer literacy and problem‐solving skills
* Previous experience in a healthcare or parking enforcement environment (desirable)
