We're looking for a dependable, hands-on storeperson to join our warehouse team. Whether you're new to the industry or bringing prior experience, this role offers the chance to develop your skills and grow with the guidance of a supportive, experienced team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Order fulfillment – Pick, pack, load, and unload orders accurately to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
* Goods – Receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring they are undamaged and match the orders placed.
* Customer interaction – Engaging professionally with customers while delivering or picking up goods.
* Vehicle and equipment maintenance – Keeping the warehouse, company vehicles and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
* Paperwork completion – Ensuring all relevant documentation is correctly filled out.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Strong communication skills –Able to build rapport easily with customers and team members.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment – Electrical wholesale experience is a strong advantage, but not essential.
* Physically capable – Comfortable with manual handling tasks, including picking, packing, and lifting items up to 23kg.
* High attention to detail – Accuracy in order preparation and safety-conscious at all times.
* Proactive and motivated – A "can-do" attitude, hardworking nature, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Well-presented and personable – Professional appearance and a friendly, supportive manner.
* Full Australian or New Zealand working rights – Sponsorship is not available (no temporary visas).
