Account Management Professional The role of a Senior Account Executive at Marsh involves implementing Client First Principles across a diverse portfolio of medium to large accounts within our Corporate practice. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving revenue and expense targets. This position requires managing client accounts end-to-end, supporting the Managing Principal, and mentoring junior colleagues. Key responsibilities include fostering long-term relationships with key client decision-makers, proactively managing all aspects of account management and service delivery, and implementing effective account retention and defense strategies. To be successful in this role, you will need Tier 1 qualification and 5+ years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
