HSEQ Manager
Major Data Centre Project

$150k - $180k + Super + Vehicle
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HSEQ Manager to take ownership of health, safety, environment and quality outcomes on a large-scale data centre project in Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ management systems for a major construction project
* Lead environmental management
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards and client requirements
* Conduct audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments
* Provide expert advice, coaching and leadership to site teams and subcontractors
* Manage incident reporting, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare and deliver HSEQ reports to senior management
About You
* Proven experience in a senior or stand-alone HSEQ Manager role within civil or major projects
* Sound knowledge of environmental aspects of civil or utilities
* Excellent knowledge of WHS, environmental and quality legislation and standards
* Confident working independently while influencing stakeholders
* Strong communication, reporting and problem-solving skills
* Relevant qualifications in HSEQ, Environmental Management or a related discipline
