Logistics Coordinator - Retail & Jewellery Industry
Contract position - 2 weeks with possible extension
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of stock to our retail stores, supporting smooth operations across the business.
Assist in stock ticketing, incoming stock releasing, and stock reshuffles
What You\'ll Do:
* Coordinate product dispatch, ensuring orders reach stores on time and in full.
* Maintain stockroom organisation, accuracy, and compliance with company security standards.
* Support store setups, refits, and stock movements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve inquiries quickly and professionally.
* Assist the Logistics Team Leader with daily operations and continuous improvement projects.
* Contribute to team development through training and proactive problem solving.
What We\'re Looking For:
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a retail environment.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
* (Desirable) Previous experience in jewellery retail or inventory management.
