Job Description
Our Outside of School Hours Care service, Algester State School Helping Hands, is seeking a dynamic and dedicatedCoordinatorto join their passionate leadership team.
This is apermanent, part-time opportunitywhere you will work30 hoursacross split shifts, Monday to Friday, to support our service hours:
6:00 - 8:45am(Rise then Shine)
3:00-6:00pm(Stay and Play)

About the Role
You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
