As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll cycles. You will be responsible for the collation of timesheets, updating records, assisting with payroll processing, and maintaining payroll data across various systems.


Key Responsibilities:



* Assist with accurate end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities and payroll systems.

* Collate and verify employee timesheets and reconcile leave requests.

* Maintain payroll records and update spreadsheets.

* Respond to employee enquiries across multiple payroll inboxes, providing clear and timely communication.

* Assist with the preparation of reports.

* Support payroll compliance by keeping up to date with relevant legislation, awards, and processes.

* Assist with system updates, process improvements and payroll projects.

* Contribute to a positive team environment with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.



About This Role:



1. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing.

2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

3. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

4. Great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

5. Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

7. Experience with cloud-based payroll systems such as Employment Hero and KeyPay is desirable.

8. A Certificate in Payroll, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
