* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with our product, leading to strong retention and growth in use cases.
* This role requires driving product stickiness by ensuring customers leverage key features, especially around training, that align with their business goals.
* The ideal candidate will analyse customer usage data, health scores, and trends to continuously optimise their customer portfolio and proactively address risks and uncover expansion opportunities.
* This role also involves using customer success tools to drive efficiencies and scale engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Migrate customers to our new platform, including communication, change management, and training.
2. Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with our product, leading to strong retention and growth in use cases.
3. Drive product stickiness by ensuring customers leverage key features, especially around training, that align with their business goals.
4. Analyse customer usage data, health scores, and trends to continuously optimise your customer portfolio and proactively address risks and uncover expansion opportunities.
