As a Senior Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing claims from first advice to settlement. Your goal will be to determine the extent and cause of loss through investigation methods, while delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in loss adjusting or assessing, with trade qualifications and/or a Diploma of Loss Adjusting. You will need to work autonomously, handle tasks/cases, and manage customer interactions with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
