Job Title: Remote Loader Operator
We are seeking an experienced Remote Loader Operator to join our team at Rosebery Mine. As a key member of our underground operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production drills and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
* Operate production drills safely and efficiently in accordance with company and legislative standards
* Read and accurately follow engineering design plans with skill and precision
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure production targets are met
* Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role with at least 1 year of experience operating a cable bolter
* Experience working in production and development crews or operating in this environment with an extensive knowledge of underground mining equipment and techniques
* Ability to communicate clearly and conduct detailed handovers with supervisors, cross shift and other relevant departments
* A willingness to participate in pre-employment medicals and background checks
