Job Description
Working days : Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:45am to 5:45pm & Fridays 7:45am to 4:45pm
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
* Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
* Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
* Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
* Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a receptionist with a dental background is preferred.
* Oasis experience preferred, not essential.
* Knowledge in HICAPS, DVA and CDBS preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using computer software applications.
* Experience with file keeping and data entry.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
