We are seeking a skilled Data Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in database management and reporting to make a positive impact on our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our fundraising database, delivering analytical and financial reports, and providing practical support to the supporter engagement team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extract, review and analyse campaign data from our CRM system to inform management decisions regarding donor retention, donor value, timing and campaign outcomes.
* Develop new reporting methods to improve outcomes and insights, including dashboards for each campaign.
* Coordinate with external database specialists for complex data extraction and provide troubleshooting support to the supporter engagement team.
* Complete monthly financial reporting and reconciliation between our CRM system and finance system.
Requirements:
* Ability to work respectfully and effectively with diverse groups, understanding cultural protocols and expectations.
* Technical knowledge of database structures, data query environments and reporting, with at least 3 years experience or proven ability operating in a data coordinator role that included CRM management and reporting.
* Desirable to have experience in fundraising data extraction in the not-for-profit sector, using similar products.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience or knowledge of PowerBI, Microsoft CoPilot or similar products.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and operate independently.
* Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility when faced with challenges and opportunities.
