Desktop Support Specialist
As an IT specialist, you will provide technical support for desktops, networks and firewalls to clients across Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service by ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and upgrading of operating systems
* Hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
* Network configuration and maintenance
* Firewall administration and replacement
* End-user support and training
Requirements:
* Mid-senior level experience in IT support
* Strong knowledge of network protocols and configurations
* Experience with firewall replacement and administration
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tools and Equipment:
* Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 RJ45 or USB RJ45)
* Laptop with Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server and Screw Driver Set installed
