Key Qualifications
2-10 years of experience with minimum Graduation or Diploma required
Strong experience in automating test cases for web-based and SAP applications.
Proficient in refactoring automation, building testable and modular code and build infrastructure.
Familiarity with other tools like Selenium and programming languages like Java & Python will be nice to have.
Familiar with databases, SQL, and scripting languages.
Solid foundation in computer science, with proficiencies in data structures, algorithms and software design preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate with and influence multi-functional teams within your area of responsibility.
Excellent team player and an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
Strong level of customer focus and attention to detail.
High level of professionalism, energy and sense of urgency to make things happen.
System analysis and problem solving skills a must.

AS A TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER YOU WILL: – Develop test automation for projects – Build Test Automation that can run in Lights-Off mode – Maintain and report testing metrics including SLAs and KPIs – Drive issues to resolution with Development and business partners during Test cycles – Should be able to multi-task and continuously improve efficiencies by bringing in Industry best practices and methods in test automation
