We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.**About the Role -**As a Marine Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating marine service operations. You’ll work closely with suppliers, sub-contractors, service technicians, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant marine activities across the wharf, ports and sites.This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for maritime service excellence in a government or defence setting.**Key Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to -*** Coordinate daily marine operations including vessel movements, crew logistics, Victuals Supplies, Petroleum Supplies and other port services.* Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and protocols.* Liaise with government departments, port authorities, and regulatory bodies.* Maintain accurate service records, logs, and operational reports.* Support marine-related projects including i supply chain and customer coordination* Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for inspections and audits.* Oversee ordering, Freight / cargo operations for Christmas Island Victuals deliveries from Perth Airport.**What You’ll Bring -*** Proven experience in marine operations, logistics, or naval operations.* Strong knowledge of maritime laws, health and safety standards, and marine coordination software.* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex schedules.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, managing systems and documentation of sensitive information.* Calm under pressure with a proactive and analytical mindset.**Security Requirements -**All applicants must be eligible for and satisfy the criteria of:* **AGSVA Baseline Clearance (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency)*** **Department of Home Affairs ESC Clearance (Employment Security Clearance)****Submit your expression of interest as per below -**If you’re ready to contribute to vital marine operations in a government and defence environment for a berthing facility, we’d love to hear from you.Please submit your Expression of Interest including a brief cover letter and resume outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
