Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to support our shared services payroll function to the Coal Assets group. This is a great entry level role for a highly motivated individual to join our busy payroll team.

We offer an opportunity for you to learn and grow in a supportive working environment. We are open to hear from all administration assistants seeking full time opportunities.

This entry level role will have responsibility for the following tasks:

- Filing and archiving
- Enter and maintain our records
- Liaise with staff nationally

***About you**:

- You will be an excellent communicator - both verbal and written
- Have experience within a similar role in a busy environment
- Have good problem solving ability
- Have strong and accurate data entry skills
- Possess a high level of initiative
- Desire to learn business processes and systems to support them
