In this customer-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued restaurant subscribers; handling inquiries, resolving issues, onboarding new customers, and providing exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back.

What you'll be doing
Onboard and set up new clients
Effectively manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide product information and guidance to help customers understand our services
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
What we're looking for
First and foremost, someone who loves food, wine and hospitality as much as we do.

Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or media industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly address and resolve customer issues
Proficient in using various customer service software and tools
