SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Australia. It is a hunter-focused new business role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing net new client opportunities across complementary service lines of solutions and staff augmentation. This role requires the ability to manage concurrent sales pipelines with varying cycle lengths. You will own the entire sales process from cold prospecting to contract signature, with support from the wider Business Development Team.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience with new business sales in B2B technology services (MSP's) or IT consulting.
* Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding new business revenue quotas.
* Understanding of managing complete sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature.
* Hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach, rejection, and high-volume prospecting
* Strong sense of integrity and building long-term relationships.

Nice to have:

* Experience selling both technology solutions/consulting AND staff augmentation/recruitment services.
* 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, financial services, or energy sectors.
* Background with Global Systems Integrators, IT services firms, or technology consulting organizations.
* Understanding of offshore/nearshore delivery models and distributed team structures.
* Experience utilizing toolsets such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Snov for business development activities.

Responsibilities:

* Participate in Business Development and Client Acquisition, focusing on Health, Utilities, GBEs, and Government.
* Conduct sales cycle management, including deal strategy, presentations, and negotiations.
* Build, maintain, and qualify opportunities to ensure a robust pipeline to deliver your targets. Provide weekly and monthly reporting.
* Work with partner sales teams to target and acquire new opportunities.
* Engage and collaborate with internal technical presales and delivery teams, successfully providing Svitla's services.
