Ready to launch your leadership journey? Become an OSHC Assistant Coordinator at Sunbury State School Helping Hands!
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 30 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You'll work Monday to Friday in split shifts across our programs:
* Rise then Shine Program – Morning shifts (6:30am – 8:30am)
* Stay and Play Program – Afternoon shifts (3:00pm – 6:00pm)
* Holiday HQ Program – Extra hours available during school holidays (6:30am – 6:00pm)

Your role will include:
* Leading fun-filled programs where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination!).
* Fostering strong connections with children, parents, and the school community to create a nurturing environment.
* Managing a team of passionate Educators, including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.
* Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including compliance and administration.

What We're Looking For – Is This You?

* Strong communication skills—you'll be guiding and supporting others!
* The ability to work well in a team and the desire to grow into a leadership role.
* A National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain them).
* Australian work rights.
* A relevant qualification or be actively working towards one (per ACECQA standards).
