MAIPBAS CPAs are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for immediate start to join our successful accountancy practice, who have been specialising in tax and business services for the past 38 years. The successful candidate will undertake bookkeeping tasks to deliver the best possible results for a diverse range of clients, with a strong focus on relationships and service delivery. Bookkeeping experience, including cloud accounting systems and payroll systems along with great communication skills is a must.
A minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience is required for this position.

Client transaction processing
Client account and bank reconciliations
Production of Financial Statements
Client payroll processing & assistance including superannuation
BAS, IAS and Tax Return preparation
Being a point of contact for clients
Skills and experience
Payroll and general ledger experience
Working across a wide range of bookkeeping software solutions, including Xero, MYOB, Reckon and Quickbooks
Experience with Attache Software an advantage
Experienced in all Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with ATO process
Very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
Valid Australian work visa or citizenship is required
